  • You don’t need any formal qualifications to start this level.
  • You will need a good understanding of both English and Maths and a passion to succeed in business.
  • If you have any previous accounting experience you might be eligible for exemptions from subjects at this level.
  • Exam fees are not included in your course fees

Even though you do not need a Grade 12 to do this course, we would like to point out to our Students that it will be better for you if you do have Grade 12 Maths, to do this course.

BA1 Fundamentals of Business Economics

Learn about the influence and the behavior of the financial market and how the government economic policy can influence an organisation. Understand the basic overview of the financial system and how markets and institutions enable commerce and development.

BA2 Fundamentals of Management Accounting

This module focuses on the fundamental knowledge and techniques that support management accounting. You will learn about the role of management accounting in the commercial and public sector organisations as well as the bigger role it plays in society. Topics covered in this module include The Context of Management Accounting, Costing, Planning and Control and Decision Making.       

BA3 Fundamentals of Financial Accounting

Learn what financial accounting is and what the process behind the preparation of financial statements involves. By the end of this module, you will be able to prepare financial statements on your own. Topics covered in this module include Accounting Principles, Concepts and Regulations, Recording Accounting Transactions, Preparation of Accounts for Single Entities and Analysis of Financial Statements. 

BA4 Fundamentals of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Business Law

Learn about professional standards to be showed for the benefit of all stakeholders.  Topics covered in this module include Business Ethics and Ethical Conflict, Corporate Governance, Controls and Corporate Social Responsibility, General Principles of the Legal System, Contract and Employment Law and Company Administration.
