You will get a general understanding of the communication process, as well as the skills and techniques needed to interpret body language. Anatomy and Physiology for Therapists

This module introduces you to multiple aspects of human biology like cells and tissues, genetics, and the structure and functions of the different parts of the body. You will also learn about the different organ systems such as the respiratory system, digestive system and lymphatic system.

Professional Salon Skills

You will learn how to communicate effectively (verbally and non-verbally) with clients, present a professional image, deal with client complaints and perform reception duties within a beauty salon. You will also learn how to assess clients and maintain hygiene standards.
