Improve your knowledge and understanding of how young children develop and learn. Young children respond best when caregivers use specific techniques designed to encourage and stimulate progress to the next level of development. This course covers the basics of Child Day Care level 2, Introduction to Business English and Entrepreneurship.

Subjects are the particular fields of study that are covered in a course. The subjects below make up this course and will need to be completed in order for you to complete this course.
Introduction to Business English
This module covers the different elements and barriers of communication. You will get a general understanding of the communication process. As well as skills and techniques to interpret body language. Improve your speaking, listening, writing, telephone and reading skills. Understand how to work as part of a team, deal with conflict and what business ethics involve.
In this module you will learn about the differences between an entrepreneur, small business manager and an intrapreneur. It will equip you with the key success factors for entrepreneurship and explains the characteristics and important functional management skills that entrepreneurship entails. You will also be introduced to the basic business concepts, business environment and feasible small business ideas.
Child Day Care Level 2
This module teaches you about identifying and explaining growth and development in children. You will learn about how children develop learning in the early years; through playing, stimulation and technology. Find out more about common problems found in early childhood development; the importance of early identification of special needs as well as the importance of identifying children who are gifted. This module also looks at how culture, socio-economic conditions, HIV/AIDS and gender effect early childhood development and early learning.
