Financial Management Basics
This module is designed to give you a basic understanding of accounting and the processes involved. You will learn about the accounting cycle, income statements, balance sheets, financial statements and budgeting.
Supply and Logistics Management 2
This module is suitable for those who have completed Supply Chain and Logistics Management 1. At the end of this module, students will be able to manage the design and handling of stage systems, inventory, and purchasing.
Customer Relationship Management
In this module, you will learn the fundamentals of customer relationship management. You will understand the principles of market intelligent enterprises and how to create loyal customers effectively. Learn how to develop a successful customer relationship management programme and draw up a plan for implementation considering all relevant factors, including costs.
Project Management Basics
