What will you learn in this Change Management Short Course course?
This short course discusses managing change within a company; shifting the focus or goals. You will learn how to facilitate change by using change models to re-direct resources, business processes and re-allocate budgets. You will learn how to deal with resistance to change and minimizing the risks involved.

Course Start Dates

In order to complete this course successfully, learners will be expected to complete specific assignments and/or a Portfolio of Evidence (POE). There are no exams for this course. Once you have successfully completed your Portfolio of Evidence and/or assignments you will be awarded a College SA Short Course Certificate.
