You will also learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of training skills and knowledge required in order to do the planning, preparing and presenting of training to staff. Find out how training should be conducted and learn how to evaluate a training exercise. This includes progress checks to improve efficiency and productivity.

In order to complete this course successfully, learners will be expected to complete specific assignments and/or a Portfolio of Evidence (POE). There are no exams for this course. Once you have successfully completed your Portfolio of Evidence and/or assignments you will be awarded a College SA Short Course Certificate.
