What will you learn in this Training Managers Short Course course?

You will also learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of training skills and knowledge required in order to do the planning, preparing and presenting of training to staff. In order to complete this course successfully, learners will be expected to complete specific assignments and/or a Portfolio of Evidence (POE). There are no exams for this course.
